USIT has made a special installation of OneDrive that you can download from Software Center. This will not always be the same version as in Office 365.

These computers are managed by UiO IT personnel and will, at any given time, have the UiO supported version of Office installed on your work computer. Office from Office 365 is not to be installed on office computers at UiO. Because the office computers at the UiO are only allowed to use a UiO supported version of the Office applications, a special installation for office computers at UiO has been developed. OneDrive is installed together with the Office applications from Office 365. If OneDrive is not installed, you have to log in on a web browser. If you have installed OneDrive on the computer you are using, you can open the local OneDrive folder. This means that you can gain access to your files both in your browser and on all the computers (maximum five) you have installed OneDrive on. In addition to this, everything you save on your local OneDrive folder, will be automatically syncronized to your online disk. You can access your OneDrive disk from any computer with a web browser. You can also collaborate on documents with other OneDrive users.

It enables you to upload, download, save and share documents.

Office 365 allows you to use the Office applications online without downloading them, and: you get OneDrive. Office 365 is not only a way to install all the Office applications.
