My wife and I spent hours online researching the issue in hopes of a solution for my $100 paper-wieght program. I tried reinstalling from scratch several times to no avail. after 2 months my work around to open the program just stopped working. At this time my computer was removed from internet access to prevent worse things from happening. However one day my windows 7 computer without my permission (i try to block it from updating so these kinds of things dont happen) updated something with the internet.for 2 months the program would not open directly and I had to do a work around.
